Conditions of participation and withdrawal:
Since the finca is fully booked early, especially in the winter months, it is advisable to register in good time. A registration confirmation will be sent by email.

The trip can be withdrawn at any time prior to the start of the trip. In the event of a withdrawal, this must be declared in writing. The date of receipt is decisive for me.
In the event of withdrawal or no-show, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Until October 30th 2019 € 100
until 10.12. 2019 40% of the total price
Until 10.1.2020 50% of the total price
Until February 10 2020 70% of the total price
Until February 24th 2020 90% of the total price
From February 25, 2020, the entire amount is due without deduction.
The cancellation fees also apply in the event of illness. If the organizer does not hold the seminar, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
If you resign and can provide a substitute participant or if your place can be allocated to someone else on my part in the event of a waiting list, then you will be completely waived the participation fee up to the sum of € 100.
Responsibilities Each participant bears full responsibility for his / her own actions, both during the courses and in their free time. The course instructor must be informed of any illnesses or injuries prior to the start of the course. Each participant is liable for any damage caused by him / her to the property of our contractual partners in and outside the group. The transporting company is solely liable for the excursions offered at the seminar location (bus, boat trips). The liability conditions of the transport company also apply in this regard.
Entry requirements The participants are responsible for compliance with them. Disadvantages resulting from non-compliance are at the expense of the participant. German citizens can enter Spain with a valid identity card or passport. It is not advisable to enter the country with a provisional identity card, as this is not always recognized. For participants with a different nationality, please inquire about any other regulations.
Insurance It is advisable to take out a travel insurance package: (accident, illness, luggage, liability, etc.), as I am not liable in any of these cases.
Vaccinations Before traveling, you should check whether the standard vaccinations are up to date.
