The oriental dance in general
The oriental dance or belly dance is one of the oldest dance forms and is originally a pure improvisation dance that seeks a close symbiosis with the music. It is extremely multifaceted and full of archaic symbolism. Today more and more women around the world are rediscovering it as a very personal form of expression of femininity, sensuality and strength. Our different course levels
In the Beginner courses
is sensitively introduced to the basic figures of oriental dance and the feeling for one's own center is trained. You will learn techniques that will loosen up your body and make it more permeable and you will get first insights into the principle of flow, which is the basis of oriental dance. The focus is on the Egyptian style.
In the Intermediate courses
You are already learning more extensive step combinations and one or the other small choreography. You will learn more about oriental rhythms and improvisation in the context of music. In addition, you gradually enter the world of contemporary oriental dance and its imaginative fusion variants.
the Advanced course
is aimed at all women who want a faster learning pace and / or are ambitious to perform. Therefore, the focus is on training on stage presence, a sense of space, self-perception, musical understanding, various shooting techniques and demanding choreographies. You will also learn how to use improvisation and various contemporary dance techniques that enrich your personal style.
