When we dance, our soul shines in its most beautiful light ...

Dear dancers,

feel invited to immerse yourself in the luminous realm of Brigit, the radiant Celtic goddess who is able to harmoniously combine the elements fire and water. For a moment we leave the outer world in order to dance our gaze inward and to enter our very own sacred space. Archaic symbols and meditative images accompany us, while we gradually leave behind everything that distracts us from the essentials. We carefully feel the energy of different dance figures while we gradually weave them into a ritual sequence, which can have a harmonizing and strengthening effect on body and soul in the repetition. With a little ritual we kindle the inner fire of our vitality and symbolically plant the seed of our heart's desires, which is allowed to ripen in the coming winter time.


This is only a small glimpse of everything that you can encounter during this very special dance format, which is a mixture of dance, ritual and mediation.
Words like to be hard to put into words.

It is important to me to share with you the transforming aspects of dance that allow you to dance a little closer to yourself and the desires of your heart. Together we will set out to open doors that may still be hidden, which will allow you to discover new facets of your own heart-dance path and to live your creative potential more strongly.

During the whole course I will accompany you with empathy, be it in the form of pictures, affirmations or dance figures that match the topic. You have a lot of space to dance with your eyes closed and to be completely with yourself. Within the course, I will share with you a ritual dance sequence that is inspired by Brigit and which we approach in an intuitive learning process. (You will then receive a video to consolidate)

A few words about Brigit, who will accompany us like a muse during the whole course:


As the guardian of fire and sources, Brigid stands for primal force, transformation and intuition at the same time. It emphasizes the creative and creative side of our being and allows us to feel our heart's desires. Thanks to her fire energy, she is a goddess of action, who also urges us to implement our wishes. In her unifying capacity as the goddess of the doorsteps, she becomes a bridge in all kinds of conflicts - be they of a family or social nature. Brigid is closely interwoven with nature and all of its abundance. It stands for closeness to the earth, care and tolerance. She protects the world with her heavenly cloak, under which everything may be in love and diversity. As the goddess of home and hearth, she ensures a sheltered home

Participation requirement: The course is open to all levels and picks you up wherever you are dancing.
All you need is a room where you can dance undisturbed (you don't need a lot of space) and the desire to give yourself 2.5 hours of dance. If you are interested, please register using the form below.
