Dear dancers,
nice that we can dance together at such short notice. Based on your feedback and requests, I have put the topics together so that
they complement each other harmoniously. Melody of the Body takes place in the morning and prepares you ideally for the following workshop. You can of course book the workshops individually and combine them individually.
Since I unfortunately only have a limited number of places available, I ask for your understanding that I will allocate the places in the order in which they are registered. Since it is already becoming apparent that you are more interested than space is available, I would divide the last free spaces among the last applicants so that everyone can enjoy at least one workshop.
Melody of the body
WS M 1 Saturday 25.9., 11.00 a.m. - 1.30 p.m. Focus element water / flowing movements
WS M 2 Sunday, September 26th, 11.00 a.m. - 1.30 p.m. Focus on the element earth / movements from the center of the body
Arrive, breathe, feel and dance out of the feeling.
This series of workshops would like to invite you to explore creative spaces and let movement flow from deep within. We play with positive affirmations, archaic symbols and enter into a lively dialogue with the music.
At the beginning there is a holistic creative warm-up, which gently attunes to the respective central topic of the workshop and brings the body both physically and energetically into the flow.
WS 1 (Saturday)
The heart of the workshop are the flowing movements of the oriental dance in harmony with the music. We are inspired by the element water and its various qualities. There are infinite ways to play under this theme.
Here are just a few inspirations:
Flow of movement
the liberated movement
everything is one
from letting go and more
infinite transformation or the ocean within me
...
WS 2 (Sunday)
The heart of this workshop is the element earth and the topics related to it, such as alignment, connection, trust and of course grounding. The focus is on the dance from the middle of the body and the powerful rhythmic movements of the pelvis, which we dance anew in interaction with some selected oriental rhythms.
