Give yourself a sensually inspiring dance experience that gives you space to leave everyday life behind and enter your personal dance temple.
Little head and a lot of feeling await you. We are inspired by the Haitian goddess of love Erzulie Freda, who stands for creativity, devotion, heart connection and of course unconditional love. The central element is water.
The course begins with a little mythological introduction, followed by a warm-up, which helps you to find your way. Poetic images and ritual movements from Haitian dance merge into a meditative performance that aims to allow dance to be experienced in its entirety.

Oriental Fusion - Aphrodite

As part of this dance special, we immerse ourselves in the mystical-sensual realm of the enchanting ancient goddess Aphrodite. We let ourselves be inspired by their beautiful stories, leave the everyday and create our own goddess dance - this in the context of contemporary oriental dance. The central element is water, which we translate into movement using internal images.
We will playfully give some particularly beautiful oriental figures that certain mystical touch and deepen them in a new way. Look forward to an exciting excursion into the realm of the imagination, which would like to invite you to develop your creative potential and to discover completely new sides of yourself. Perhaps you will meet your very own version of Aphrodite ...
As always, a relaxing warm-up that removes blockages will gently get you in the mood for the topic and round off the course with mythological stories.

Look forward to an atmospheric and varied course.
We begin with a meditative warm-up accompanied by positive affirmations, which flows over into bubbly, lively movements from Oriental and Haitian dance. Shimmies, shimmies, earthy moves and a lot more. Let's dance to make room for new things and shake off everything we want to leave behind. Let us connect in this unusual way and celebrate the elixir of life dance together. With open hearts we dance to our strength and joy. As always, it is important to me to accompany you with empathy.
